ID Reading System
The CWIR COMET Wafer ID Reading
System offers a compact design with an integrated
computer system and a monitor. As a desktop system that requires
only 450x330mm² of table space, the CWIR is completely
operable including aligning the wafers. The system is operated
via a 12“ touch screen and a trackball. The graphical
representation of the assignment of the wafer ID to the corresponding
slot of the wafer allows displaying the result clearly and
is quickly to grasp. The CWIR COMET Wafer ID Reading System
is supplied with a SECSII/GEM interface. The system is therefore
suitable for complete integration into the structure of the
modern wafer production.
