Transfer Systems
Since 1992 we have supplied vertical
and horizontal wafer transfer
systems for all known applications in the semiconductor production.
These are desktop systems and loading devices for process systems,
partly including the logistic equipment for wafers and boats.
The wafer transfer systems are available for wafers with diameters
ranging from 3" up to 300mm.
