K-Push
Transfer
In horizontal wafer transfer systems, the
wafers are pushed from one plastic boat onto another plastic
boat. The arrangement is secured to prevent inadvertent pushing
when no receiving boat is set up. The motion can only be activated
when both boats are properly placed on the device. The K-Push
transfer devices are made of POM and can be equipped with ESD-protection
for the wafers.
The horizontal K-Push Transfer Systems are available as manually
operated model and as motor driven model for wafers with a diameter
of 100mm, 150mm or 200mm.
