COMET
Solar Systems
For the COMET Solar Systems,
proven functions and models of the COMET Wafer Transfer Systems
are used for the application with solar cell substrates. These
systems are supplied for transferring substrates in the diamond
position, at right angle, and in a flat position. For the application
with solar substrates, the COMET Solar Systems are usually designed
for transferring 100 or 200 substrates. When the transfer process
is performed with 200 substrates, two substrates are placed
in the same slot of the process boat each time.
