COMET Loaders usually combine COMET Inline
Systems, COMET Dual Stations or COMET 3-Station Systems with
Carrier-Loaders for the loading of process systems. Extensive
functions for the wafer and boat logistics complement these
systems. The COMET Loaders are designed for existing process
systems to automate and update them.
